Welcome to Dakshin Moyna High School.
Our century-old School i.e. Dakshin Moyna High School(H.S) was established in 1925. Since the beginning, it has been recording the talents and memory of more than lakhs of Students. Last year in 2025, the centenary celebration of the institution was observed with zeal and fervor with collaborating efforts of Present and Alumni. At present there are 38 teachers of all section and categories including a Clerk and 2 nos of Group-D employees. More than 2000 students are studying in this school. The M.P and H.S result of the school are very satisfactory. The adjacent school hostel namely Vidya Sagar Chhatrabas is home to more than 300 students. The school offers both Science and Arts streams including Vocational(VIII+ & 10+2 Level) in Higher Secondary Section. Students study peacefully at Chandra Mohan Memorial Library of the school. Innovative lab facilities are available for pupils in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Computer Application and a gymnasium for Physical Education department. An auditorium building is under construction to commemorate the centenary celebration of the school. So co-operation of education-loving individuals is earnestly desired for the development of the infrastructure.
